Keeping ACL injury for 2 years Meniscus torn Cartilage has gone

This case series is of an 18-year-old male who sustained an ACL injury one year back but did not undergo ACL surgery. This resulted in persistent instability and medial and lateral meniscus tears and associated grade 4 cartilage defect in the medial femoral defect. This picture of the knee is seen in ACL injuries older than three years old but he presented quite early due to higher grades of instability.
